Are you eligible to work in the UK with no VISA restrictions?

If you have a visa that is in an expired passport as of the 14th May 2014 you do not have entitlement to work in the uk although you do still have right to travel.

The new right to work legislation states that a current passport must be indorsed to show the holder is allowed to stay in the UK and is currently allowed to do the work in question.

Candidates with a visa in an expired passport should refer to https://www.gov.uk/ to renew their right to work.
